Where the willingness is great, the difficulties cannot be great.
Tips for almanac use: All the aects can be felt in advance of the occurrence. It is good policy to view these as due dates for various energies and prepare accordingly for your context. It’s akin to bringing an umbrella with you when rain is expected, but it also helps us to not take the weather personally. When we proactively manifest these symbols then the world doesn’t have to do it for us. Choose to be con(with)-siderate(the stars).
January is upon us. How did we get here so fast? Anyways, it’s a sort of silly month because it keeps alternating between supposed rest and recuperation and then intense craziness. It will be hard to truly relax, but it’s worth a try. But as for the challenging side, well, it’s going to be all over the place and depends extra heavily on how well we have been keeping up with the planetary shenanigans. Hopefully we’ll all get a lot done and sleep like babies, or puppies, at night.

The Full Moon is on the 12th at 3:34 am (pacific) in 22 degrees of Cancer. This is a super potent lunation and will bring all sorts of under-layer issues to the surface in an immediate and emotional manner. Hopefully we have been working through as many issues as possible and this will put the cherry on top of the progress. If not though, don’t be too hard on yourself, or others, and stay mindful of how difficult life can be. Re-commit to yourself and to living life fully.
Mercury moves into Capricorn on the 12th at 6:04 am (pacific), where he will stay until February 7th. This brings us back to the daily grind of growth and maturity, a process that never really stops. Mars moves into Aries on the 27th at 9:39 pm (pacific), where he will be until March 9th. This makes everything faster and more dangerous, but fresh and energetic. It will help us plow into new territory with renewed vigor. But, we should all be careful and cautious before running headlong.
Mercury conjoins Pluto on the 29th at 12:18 pm (pacific), bringing up all sorts of funky junk for processing and, hopefully, repurposing or ditching. But look both ways before crossing the street. Hopefully, it will bring great gifts and insights, as long as we are ready and willing to receive.
