About the Author
Gay Hendricks is the author of more than forty books in the fields of therapy, relationship counseling and body/mind transformation. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford University in counseling psychology in 1974 and went on to a 20-year academic career at University of Colorado.
Along with his wife, Dr. Kathlyn Hendricks, he founded The Hendricks Institute in 1989, which has since trained more than one thousand professionals in education, therapy, coaching and medicine.
