With arms outstretched I thank. With heart beating gratefully I love. With body in health I jump for joy. With spirit full I live.

Greetings to our friends & community,
I have so much to be thankful for. You have so much to be thankful for. We have so much to be thankful for. I’m imagining a world where deep appreciation and thankfulness transforms our relationship to ourselves, to each other and to life on the planet.
Gratitude is a powerful expression of the heart. The benefits on our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well being of cultivating an attitude of gratitude are many and well documented. In Hardwiring Happiness: The New Brain Science of Contentment, Calm, and Confidence, Dr. Rick Hanson talks about how our brains are wired to learn quickly from “bad” experiences and not so much from the positive--it is an ancient survival mechanism that turns the brain into Velcro for the negative, but Teflon for the positive.
By consciously focusing on the good, what we are grateful for, and then taking the time to really let it in and actively enhance the experience of gratitude, we can turn passing states into lasting neural structures in our brains.
How cool is that!
With great gratitude for your eyeballs on this page and your ongoing love and support of our humble endeavor,

Learning to take in the good is like fully and mindfully breathing in life: it allows us to access our inner strengths, creativity, vitality, and love.
