Go outside. Look up. Go inside. Look in. by Teresa Taylor

To be a star, you must shine your own light, follow your own path, and don't worry about the darkness, for that is when the stars shine brightest.

~Henry David Thoreau

Greetings to our friends, family and community,Woohoo! We are in for quite the celestial pageant this month! We start with the continuing Delta Aquarid and Perseid meteor showers, a lunar eclipse and then the main splash--the solar eclipse visible to large portions of our country. I am neither an astronomer nor an astrologer. I rely on trained experts for that kind of information, and these celestial occurrences have spawned their own blog blitz of information and points of view! But I do have expertise as a beauty, awe and wonder stalker. Natural wonders excite our imagination and spark our sense of awe--the pure awe of the privilege of existence. What a delightful respite from the daily news with all this uneven, unpredictable drama. I am delighting in dropping into a drama of a truly epic proportion which goes on whether we witness or blog about, in its own predictable, perfect timing. I am reveling in the expanded sense of being a piece of an epic cosmos. My ancestral stardust DNA is activated and remembered. Sweet.During this potent time, I am choosing to align with the majestic, the big hearted, the generous, the playful, fearless, warm and zestful. I choose to take the sense of imagination, wonder and awe of the outer and turn it in to further exploration of inner space.Go outside. Look up. Go inside. Look in.Sprinkling stardust, moonbeams and love…Teresa, spirit of Thule, Tucker, Huxley and all at Paradise Found

Two things awe me most, the starry sky above me and the moral law within me.

~Immanuel Kant
