Ostara + Spring Equinox Gathering, Wednesday 3/19/25
Join us in celebration of Ostara, a time of renewal and balance as we welcome the light of spring. Let’s plant the seeds of new beginnings together at Paradise Found on March 19, 2025!
We will gather at Paradise Found to celebrate Ostara as we embrace the Spring Equinox—a time of balance between day and night. This sacred event marks the harmonious transition from the darkness of winter to the vibrant awakening of spring. Ostara is a time of renewal and rebirth, where seeds begin to sprout, and new life emerges. This is an ideal moment to plant both literal and metaphorical seeds, setting intentions for growth and transformation in the coming months. As the earth warms, let us nurture our dreams and aspirations, allowing them to bud and flourish alongside the fresh blooms of spring.
This gathering will include community, meditation, light journaling, and the creation of a cleansing spring scrub (bring a small glass jar for your scrub, all other supplies will be provided).
Please bring a pen and journal, your mug for tea, a small glass jar (a mason jar would work perfectly), and an open heart.

This event will be lovingly facilitated and guided by Jennifer Bower, MSN, RN, and creator of The Caregiver Oracle.
As a master-prepared nurse with over 20 years of experience, Jen has a deep understanding of the role of the caregiver. She has worked in a variety of caregiving roles, both professionally and personally, including surgical trauma, nursing education, school nursing, and her role as mother, wife, friend, and community member.
Jen knows that only when we commit to tending to our own essential needs, we can continue to give to others without experiencing resentment, fatigue, and burnout.
